The Challenge

CareCredit’s Well U blog was already producing strong, high-performing articles, but the content lived mostly in one format. The opportunity was turning those proven topics into video that could reach more people, hold attention faster, and stay consistent across platforms. The challenge: scale production without sacrificing clarity or brand voice, and build an efficient pipeline that could deliver a high volume of videos across multiple content pillars.

The Goal

Create an animated explainer library that could: translate top blog topics into simple, watchable video support multiple pillars (health & wellness categories) with consistent output create reusable assets for social, web, and internal needs maintain brand consistency while moving fast and shipping at volume

The Creative Approach

We didn’t reinvent topics—we reverse-engineered what was already working. For each pillar, we: selected the best-performing articles as source material rewrote them into tight, video-first scripts (hook → clarity → takeaway) designed a consistent explainer format that could scale used motion graphics to keep information engaging without feeling clinical built a system so every video was repeatable, fast to produce, and on-brand The focus wasn’t “more animation.” It was more clarity per second.

Behind the Lens

My role: Project Lead (Scripting + Production Management + Client Comms) I led the series end-to-end and served as the primary point of contact—owning the workflow from script development through final delivery. I was responsible for: selecting and adapting blog topics into video outlines writing / shaping scripts for clarity, pacing, and brand tone managing motion graphics artists + FX workflows building and maintaining a production schedule across pillars running feedback rounds with the client and driving approvals delivering the full package of assets in a consistent system

The Impact

This series turned existing blog performance into a scalable video content engine, giving CareCredit a consistent library of educational, brand-aligned videos that were easier to consume, easier to distribute, and easier to repurpose across channels.
